Had Greg personally recover my zafira from rugeley due to battery being dead and had some work carried out by a cowboy who wouldn’t at first give us the key back, called Greg asked if it was something he could sort to come with a spec lift and take the car away, said yes with no problems, upon hearing I had recovery arranged the cowboy gave me the key back so I moved the car to a better and easier place for Greg to load, came from stafford a good few miles out to collect, turned up before the time he said he would and loaded and took the car with no problems and in a very professional manor, if I needed any sort of recovery again I wouldn’t think twice about ringing up! (Also was very fairly priced for the job in hand)

Greg and his good lady at GDB rescue and recovery went the extra mile to recover me, my family and my vehicle. Returning home from seeing relatives in the Staffordshire area when my Kuga lost all power. I called up to GDB rescue and recovery from the phone being answered we received the best treatment possible. I told Greg that there was my self, my wife and two of our sons with the vehicle and that I am disabled and climbing into a truck would be hard for me so I asked could he put me in touch with a local cab firm to get back to back to my relatives where my car was being recovered to for my uncle to fix while we returned home to north wales in my aunts car. Greg told me he would sort it. Less than 30 minutes later my rescuer arrived Greg told me he had come out in his 4x4 and trailer to make it easier for me to get intoThis is certainly not the service you get from the big companys 100% recommend to all

I’ve just watched the video of your attempt to change the tyre of the guy on the motorway I just want to say how professional I found your attitude especially when the guy stands in the middle of a live lane on a very busy motorway which if I’m correct is a serious offence and can be charged with putting people life at risk through Jay walking !!! But to ice the cake and put a great massive cherry on top of the cake Haider Mahmood comes on here gives you a one star review making out he’s not the rude individual putting everyone life at risk on the motorway that day…. So all I can say Mr Mamhood before you pay for a service do your checks shop around work out what’s a fair or not a fair price or even better CARRY A F@@k Spare in your posh Audi…… Well done to the owner of the company for sticking to your principles and dealing with him a professional manner

Supplied and fitted a tyre for me when I was desperate to get back on the road. Cheapest I could find at such short notice so can't complain. Would highly recommend.

I just want to say having watched and followed greg on his channel on his recovery journey for a few years now greg is nothing but professional,honest,helpful and polite oh and very patient as you would see in the video of the aggressive,horrible,disgusting man and woman with the audi who basically called greg a scammer but the only scammer was him and the woman who also works in insurance so go figure that,this guy also put greg,his missus and other publics lives at risk by walking into a live motorway lane for which I hope the police dealt with him,this guy also put a false and negative comment which is all lies but go watch the video for yourself and you will see,so gotta say a massive well done to greg for keeping as calm and cool as can be in a very nasty and horrible environment,ok let's go

If it were at all possible to give this extremely unprofessional company a zero star rating that would more accurately reflect thier extremely poor level of service. They caused several thousand pounds worth of damage to my vehicle during loading, I'm not the first of their customers to have a vehicle damaged by them, I'm reliably informed. They then dragged out the financial damage reimbursement process over several years, which incedently never came to fruition while in the process of winding up his company only to form another business that I'm sure will, and deservedly so follow the first business, i.e. cease trading in an attempt to exonerate themselves of no doubt sunstantial levels of debt owed to various creditors. The arrogance and contempt of the M.D. Mr Burgher is quite simply staggering. Avoid this company at all costs.
