A very comfortable and clean hotel . The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a business trip that it is a great place to stay. Located within easy reach of the M6 main motorway. Would definitely stay again.

Nice clean room and the staff went out of their way to do something nice for our little boys 4th birthday. They put ballons and banners up & even got him a toy. The beds are really comfy and it has everything you need in the rooms. Couldn't be happier. 5 stars.

Friendly staff plus clean, good quality room. The breakfast was good quality plus the staff very helpful.||Corridors can be noisy at night. The first night was very quiet but the second night was quite noisy plus someone knocked on the door at 1:00am?

Excellent all round. Especially the resteraunt. There was a lovely lady by the name of Jane her customer service was 5 star. Will definately be returning to stay at hotel and eat at the resteraunt

Had a lovely time in this premier Inn! The staff were helpful and friendly and left a lovely Christmas surprise for my daughter in out room. We stayed for two nights and had a great night sleep both nights. Only issue was the telly playing up

Great! Best shower I've used for pressure was lovely. I found the bed a little hard bit that's more personal preference. Clean room and friendly staff no issue at all!

My daughter has serious nut allergy. The restaurant went above and beyond to ensure her safety which is a great comfort as so many places don’t take this seriously. The hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable and lovely fresh bedding. Shower was the best I’ve had in a while - super powerful hot shower!

Lovely hotel friendly reception. Perfect rooms, very clean. You need to go next door to pub for food. Service and food in restaurant was very good, however the service in the bar to get a drink was ridiculous. Bar was very quiet, but service was really bad, with girl walking past saying back in a minute. This happened twice , standing waiting for service for 5 minutes at an empty bar so we moved to a different pub. Rooms: Perfect rooms, no need to say more. Food & drinks: Good quality and choice of food.

Excellent service from the receptionist. I arrived very late at night, stopping off while travelling south for the weekend. I hadn't booked in advance but the female receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. Although the hotel was very busy she found a room for me and got me checked in very quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Just what a tired and weary traveller wanted.
